classic GBA SP gallery

On Tuesday, the "Classic NES" Game Boy Advance SP arrived at my home, marking the third (and hopefully final?) limited edition "classic-style" GBA SP to come into my possession. Of course, the first is still the rarest and the best (only around 3,000 exist in the entire world!), but the other two are just as unique and cool. It's a shame the US classic series games come in such horribly ugly packaging (not to mention the fact that they have cheap-ass black-and-white manuals and ordinary-looking cartridges), but at least the hardware itself is nice.

Behold, a brief gallery of the three SPs side-by-side:

Now comes the tough part: choosing which one to use this summer! Which one do you guys like best?

NOTE: The above entry was originally posted on Tokyopia.com -- another site of mine that I run with a bunch of game industry friends in Japan. Please check it out if you haven't already!

Ooh, ooh, ooh!! Can we have a shot of the NES SP's A-button touching the limited edition Famicom SP's D-pad?

Nice!!

Is it true that there's a bundle where if you get all 10 famicom classics, it comes with a special nice packaging and extras?

The NES one is my jam, if only because it makes me feel like a kid again. They totally need to release a tiny R.O.B. the size of a key chain and Gyromite. Please, Nintendo. Pretty please?
